FAQ Main Registration Payment Refund Player/Plug-In Course Info. Technical

Payment Information

1.

What credit cards are accepted?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

2.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the Internet?

Yes. We know you're concerned about security and privacy, and we hope this will answer some of the most common questions about what we're doing to protect you.

Statistically, it's much safer to use your credit card on the Web than to use it in a restaurant or department store. We think that's good news, but we still take every possible precaution to protect the integrity of your credit card information.

We have taken great precautionary lengths to protect you when you place an order online with us. We are able to ensure that all credit card transactions are SECURED, because your credit card number is encrypted, so it cannot be read in transit. Only then is it transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

We are happy to report that we have processed over 12,000 credit card transactions without any reports of fraud.

3.

How else can I pay besides using a credit card?

If you are still not comfortable entering your credit card on-line, we have provided three alternate ways for you to order from us. Regardless of the method of payment you select, you will receive confirmation of your order via E-mail.

You must still follow the standard registration process including:
A. Select the courses you are interested in from the Catalog. Please make a note of the course name and subscription duration for the printable order form.
B. Print the order form we have provided for you, fill it out in its entirety. Please include the username and password you would like for accessing your subscription.
C. Fax the form, mail the form with payment, or call us.
  1. Call Us

Complete your order via phone by calling our Customer Service representatives at 1-800-544-1023 or E-mail us and include your telephone number, you will be contacted as soon as possible. If you are calling from outside the United States or Canada, please dial 1-954-233-4000.

Customer Service representatives are available from 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

  2. Fax Us

Click here to print the faxable form we have provided for you, and fax it to (954) 233-4001 or (800) 842-3294.

  3. Pay by check or money order

Send us a personal check or money order in US dollars for the amount of your order. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check.

Paying by check slows down your order. We can't give you access to your course(s) until your check is received and has cleared. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about five to seven business days.

Please click here to print the mail order form, fill it out and send it along with your payment to:

Learn.com
14001 NW 4th St
Sunrise, FL 33325

4.

What if I accidently purchase the same course twice?

If for some reason this occurs, please contact Customer Service at 1-954-233-4000 (8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday), or E-mail info@learn.com and the matter will be handled as soon as possible. In addition, we review the activity on a daily basis and will contact you if we detect duplicate transactions.
